Historical Restoration. The restoration of a 1927 Mediterranean garden fountain required the difficult process of matching original tile color and size, duplicating the complicated Moorish patterns, and meshing them together in manageable shapes to maximize installation speed and quality. Our project management team was involved from the start of choosing a ceramicist and demolition strategy, to the reformation of the fountain, and finally the installation of the mosaic pattern. The finished product is now a working fountain in the Rose Garden used by the Social Service League of La Jolla California. Pictures to come.
